On November 11, 2011 I joined the Pace group as President of Latens system and I have been , at Pace and 
eventually ARRIS ever since.
Initially I managed the Conditional Access Business, stabilizing the product, and advancing the product line. We we able to grow the business by over 30%, and for the first time create a profitable company. We also added many new customers especially in India and Indonesia.
Then my focus moved to all of the software products within Pace,adding middleware and device management (TR69) to my area of responsibility.
I really enjoyed the professional and personal growth. Especially the time I managed the Pace offices in Belfast. I had never been to Ireland before and I thoroughly enjoyed the country and the people, it was a special time in my life.
ARRIS recently acquired Pace and as a result , has had to re-focus and cut costs. One of the places they are cutting is in R&D and therefore ARRIS will be closing down all of their offices in Israel, and as a result I am leaving the business.
So, now it s back to full time consulting, CBOGOT CONSULTING is re-opened for business, companies looking for a boost in technology and business development can once again use our services.
